The Ne211.org is an on-line resource that lets Nebraskans search for local human services information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The telephone service is free, confidential and anonymous. 

2-1-1 information is accessible by dialing 2-1-1 and those outside of the listed counties, or those using a cell phone, can reach the center by dialing 402-444-6666.

Currently, the following Nebraska counties have access to 2-1-1.

Callers in 38 Nebraska counties have 2-1-1 access: Adams, Boone, Buffalo, Burt, Butler, Cass, Cedar, Clay, Colfax,Cuming, Dakota, Dawson, Dixon, Dodge, Douglas, Fillmore, Franklin, Gosper, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Howard, Jefferson,Kearney, Lancaster, Merrick, Nance, Nuckolls, Phelps, Platte, Polk, Sarpy, Scotts Bluff, Seward, Thayer, Thurston,Wayne, and Webster Counties.

Callers in the City of York also have 2-1-1 access.

The Nebraska 2-1-1 Call Center also serves eight counties in southwest Iowa: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills,Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby.
