The Bridge offers Recovery Support and Aftercare services for adult women and their children. Addiction recovery is a long-term process that continues after primary treatment is completed. Residential treatment teaches you the tools and skills you need for recovery. Our Aftercare program uses similar techniques and resources to teach you how to use and apply those skills in independent living, Recovery Support provides guidance and support in this journey. Both steps are essential for creating a healthy foundation for long-term recovery.
Many view substance abuse as an individual problem, however substance abuse has a far reach into the health of the family unit. Once a client transitions into the community from residential treatment they are met with the stressors, triggers, family dynamics and challenges of everyday life. In this early stage of recovery, individuals are much more prone to falling back into their addictive and self-destructive behaviors.
Our Aftercare Program provides a bridge between treatment and long-term recovery.
